The con artists are at it again. In what looks to be a Saphire/Regal clone, XOCigs is offering pretty much the same god-awful arrangement; $4.95 14-day trial, in which your window to return the thing amounts to mere hours of receiving it, a charge to your credit card of $114.95 should you decide to keep the “trial kit”, and a monthly fee of $74.90 for 10 (ten!) cartomizers.
Then 32 days from your initial order of the product and 30 days thereafter until canceled, you will be sent a new supply of 10 Refill Cartomizers and your credit card will be charged $64.95 + $9.95 (Shipping and Handling) for a total charge of $74.90 (Monthly Fee). Do the math and you realize that this company is charging more for cartomizers than a pack of cigarettes in any major city.

There is only so much we can say about these types of ecigarette companies, they are all just cookie-cutter websites selling the cheapest product they can get from China, charging an unbelievably high amount for what amount to no more than a few bucks of crap, and tying their customers up for months while they drain the customers bank account.
Unfortunately, as you can see by the comments left for our Scam Alert for Saphire Cigs, people DO fall for these “deals” and suffer the consequences for months on end.
Will companies like Regal, Saphire, XOCigs, and undoubtedly dozens more ever go away? Probably not. Scams have been a part of human history since the beginning and there will always be people who believe that something that appears to be “too good to be true” are in fact true.
It would be easy to dismiss those that fall for these scams, really easy, so we must keep in mind that there are millions of good people out there that know nothing about electronic cigarettes, have no guidance when it comes to knowing what the costs should be, and when they see a slickly designed website with claims that are wildly untrue they are suckered in.
All any of us can do is alert as many people as we can as to what is really going on in this industry and to help lead people to proper companies selling decent products at decent prices. For Spinfuel’s part, once we publish the information it stays out there, forever. People are still accessing our Regal and Saphire scam alerts months after they were published. (Yet those websites are still up and people are still buying from them, go figure.) Hopefully we can save a few people from making the mistake of trusting in these companies.

2. HOME DELIVERY PROGRAM / AUTO SHIPMENT
In order to offer you the best price on your cartomizers and insure an uninterrupted supply, we will ship a one month supply approximately 32 days after your original order and every month thereafter. You will be shipped 10 cartomizers per month for a cost of $64.95 (a savings of $14.26 monthly) plus postage and packing fee of $9.95 for a total monthly charge of $74.90. If your cartomizers requirements change and you want to adjust the number of cartomizers you receive, please call customer service at (888) 493-6066 and tell us what we can do for you.
3. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
You may return the product within 14 days of ordering. If you cancel your order, your postage and packing fee will not be refunded. You may not return the product after the 14 day trial period unless the product is defective. All sales are final after the 14 day trial period.
In order for refunds to be issued, product must be sent back to us at the provided address. No item will be accepted for return if it is not accompanied by a valid RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained by calling Customer Service at (888) 493-6066 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 day trial period. If an item is returned without an RMA number, your item will not be accepted for return or refund. Once the product is received and checked by our warehouse, we will issue you the appropriate refund. The warranty will be void if products are used with products not licensed or sold by XO Cigs. The user assumes all responsibility for use with third party products. Valid proof of purchase such as bill of sale with the date of original purchase must be presented to obtain warranty services.
